VTS Thermodynamic Steam Traps

Features of Design:
• Wide operating range 0.34 to 42 bar, 850°F (450°C).
• Replaceable disc in line.
• Easily removable cover for inspection or servicing.
• STELLITED SEAT - for maximum trouble-free operating life.
• Can be installed vertically or horizontally.
• Stainless steel hardened disc.
• Optional extras include strainer blow-down plug (1/4 in NPT) or blow-down valve and units with integral by-pass valves and by-pass.

Typical Applications:
Multi-platen presses, garment presses, rubber and plastic moulding equipment, sterilizers and laundry ironers.

Connections:
• Screwed: 3/8in, 1/2in, and 3/4in (10mm, 15mm, and 20mm) BSP, NPT or API.
• Socket Weld: 3/8in, 1/2in, and 3/4in (10mm, 15mm and 20mm).
• Flanged: 3/8in, 1/2in, and 3/4in (10mm, 15mm, and 20mm) BS, ASA or DIN.
