Type TSF Thermostatic Steam Traps

Features of Design:
• All operating parts are contained within the hermetically sealed body.
• Factory set, but can be adjusted to suit plant requirements.
• All the internal operating parts are assembled as a cage unit which can be removed quickly and easily by releasing two screws.
• Replacement cage unit can be fitted without adjustment or checking.
• Other optional extras include thermometer, strainer blow-down valve and Pipe King Package Unit.
• Can be installed vertically or horizontally.
• Automatic air venting.

Range and Duties:
• Orifice - 1/4 in. (6.5mm)
• Max Temperature - 850°F (454°C)
• Max Pressure - 0~485 psi (0~33 bar)

Typical Applications:
General industrial service including line drains, boiling pans, process vats, drum dryers, acid stills, fuel oil heaters and also applications in the power, petro-chemical and marine industries to meet safety requirements for higher pressure/temperature service.

Connections:
• Screwed: 1/2 in and 3/4 in. (15mm and 20mm) BSP, NPT or API
• Flanged: 1/2 in and 3/4 in (15mm and 20mm) BS, ASA or DIN
• Socket or Butt Weld: 1/2 in and 3/4 in (15mm and 20mm)
