Type TS Thermostatic Steam Traps

Features of Design:
• All operating parts are contained in one unit.
• Factory set, but can be adjusted to suit plant requirements.
• All the internal operating parts are assembled as a cage unit which can be removed quickly and easily by releasing two screws.
• Replacement cage unit can be fitted without adjustment or checking.
• Can be installed vertically or horizontally.
• Optional extras include strainer, blow-down plug (1/4 in. NPT) and Pipe King Package Unit.
• Automatic air venting.

Range and Duties:
• Orifice - 5/16 in. (8mm)
• Max Temperature - 850°F (454°C)
• Max Pressure - 0 ~ 17 bar

Typical Applications:
Steam tracing, instrument service, line drainage, air venting.

Connections:
• Screwed: 3/8 in, 1/2 in and 3/4 in (10, 15, and 20mm) API, NPT or BSP
• Socket or Butt Weld: 3/8 in and 1/2 in & 3/4 in. (10, 15, and 20mm) BS, ASA or DIN.
