Type SPF Thermostatic Steam Traps Features of Design:
• All operating parts easily accessible when covers are removed.
• Main valve, piston, liner and main seat assembled as a single cage unit to ensure perfect alignment and ease of maintenance.
• Pilot valve, bimetal element and valve seat assembled as a single cage unit.
• Temperature controller fitted as standard.
• The steam trap can be supplied as a Piping King Package Unit.
• A strainer can be incorporated in the line to protect the trap if required.
• Automatic air venting.

Typical Applications:
Reboiders, purifiers, vacuum pans, heat exchangers, evaporators, feed water heaters, digesters, desuperheaters, steam separators, flash tanks, re-heat header drains, large autoclaves and other large capacity applications.

Screwed:
• SFP 0-200 to SPF 3-1500 - 1 in and 1 1/2 in (25mm and 40 mm) BSP or NPT.
• SPF 4-200 to SPF 7-1500 - 1 1/2 in and 2 in (40mm and 50mm) BSP or NPT.
Socket Weld:
• SPF 0-200 to SPF 3-1500 - 1 in and 1 1/2 in (25mm and 40mm)
• SPF 4-200 to SPF 7-1500 - 1 1/2 in and 2 in (40mm and 50mm)
Butt Weld:
• SPF 0-200 to SPF 3-1500 - 1 in and 1 1/2 in (25mm and 40mm)
• PF 4-200 to SPF 7-1500 - 1 1/2 in and 2 in (40mm and 50mm).
Flanged:
• SPF 0-200 to SPF 3-1500 - 1 in and 1 1/2 in (25mm and 40mm) BS, ASA or DIN.
