Type N Thermostatic Steam Traps Features of Design:
• Factory set, but can be adjusted to suit plant requirements.
• All the internal operating parts are readily accessible when the body cover is removed.
• Welded-in valve seat to cater for high pressure applications.
• Other optional extras include strainer blow-down valve and Pipe King Package Unit.
• A blow-down plug can also be supplied as an optional extra (3/8 in NPT).
• Can be installed vertically or horizontally.
• Automatic air venting.

Typical Applications:
Steam main drainage, turbine drains, superheaters, desuperheaters, high pressure processing and general high pressure/temperature service.

• Screwed: 1/2 in, 3/4 in and 1 in (15mm, 20mm and 25mm) BSP NPT or API
• Socket Weld: 1/2 in, 3/4 in and 1 in (15mm, 20mm and 25mm)
• Butt Weld: 1/2 in, 3/4 in and 1 in (15mm, 20mm and 25mm).
• Flanged: 1/2 in, 3/4 in and 1 in (15mm, 20mm and 25mm) BS, ASA or DIN
