Float MFTS Thermostatic Steam Traps

Features of Design:
• All operating parts are contained in one unit.
• Factory set, but can be adjusted to suit plant requirements.
• All the internal operating parts are accessible for inspection, cleaning and maintenance by removing the cover.
• Dual inlet and outlet connections facilitate installation.
• Can be flanged to suit requirements.
• Automatic air venting.

Typical Applications:
Heat exchanger, medium pressure desuperheaters, separators, autoclaves, unit heaters, laundry presses, calorifiers, ironers, calendars, drying cylinders and other applications where condensate has to be discharged at steam temperature.

Connections:
• Screwed: 1/2 in, 3/4 in and 1 in (15mm, 20mm and 25mm) BSP NPT or API.
• Socket Weld: 1/2 in, 3/4 in and 1 in (15mm, 20mm and 25mm).
• Butt Weld: 1/2 in, 3/4 in and 1 in (15mm, 20mm and 25mm).
• Flanged: 1/2 in, 3/4 in and 1 in (15mm, 20mm and 25mm) BS, ASA or DIN.
