Float MFT Thermostatic Steam Traps

Features of Design:
• All operating parts are contained in one unit.
• Factory set, but can be adjusted to suit plant requirements.
• All the internal operating parts are accessible for inspection, cleaning and maintenance by removing the cover.
• Dual inlet and outlet connections facilitate installation.
• Automatic air venting.

Typical Applications:
Unit heaters, laundry presses, calorifiers, ironers, calendars, drying cylinders and other applications where condensate has be discharged at steam temperature.

Connections:
• All traps in the MFT range have connections screwed BSP, NPT or API.
• MFT1-15, MFT1-50, MFT1-125 connection sizes 3/4 in and 1 in (20mm and 25mm).
• MFT2-15, MFT2-50, MFT2-125, MFT2-200 connection sizes 1 1/2 in (40mm).
• MFT3-15, MFT3-50, MFT3-125, MFT3-200 connection sizes 1 1/2 in and 2 in (40mm and 50mm).
• MFT4-15, MFT4-50, MFT4-125, MFT4-200 connection size 2 in (50mm).
