Type ACF Thermostatic Steam Traps

Features of Design:
• All operating parts are contained in one unit.
• Factory set, but can be adjusted to suit plant requirements.
• Compact and efficient with good discharging capacity.
• Removal of the cover enables quick and easy access to the operating parts.
• Can be installed vertically or horizontally.
• Can replace a bend.
• Blanking plug provided for connection not used.
• Automatic air venting.

Range and Duties:
• Orifice - 1/4 in. (6.5mm)
• Max Temperature - 388°F (198°C)
• Max Pressure - 40 or 120 psi (3 or 8 bar)

Typical Applications:
Natural draught convectors, steam radiators, hot tables and cupboards, small coils, tea kettles, vacuum systems and air vents.

Connections:
• Screwed: 1/2 in. (15mm) NPT or BSPT (20mm) NPT, male union inlet, female outlet.
