Type AB Thermostatic Steam Traps

Features of Design:
• All operating parts are contained in one unit.
• Factory set, but can be adjusted to suit plant requirements.
• Compact and efficient with good discharging capacity.
• Removal of the cover enables quick and easy access to the operating parts.
• Can replace a bend.
• Blanking plug provided for connection not used.
• Automatic air venting.

Range and Duties:
• Orifice - 1/4 in. (6.5mm)
• Max Temperature - 500°F (260°C)
• Max Pressure - 150 psi (10 bar)

Typical Applications:
Mains drainage, steam radiators, hot tables, and cupboards, small coils, tea kettle, vacuum systems and air vents.

Connections:
• Screwed: 1/2 in. (15mm) NPT or BSPT
• Female inlet, female outlet or male union inlet, female outlet (recommended)
